The Indiana Health Industry Forum site was redesigned to better suite their needs for information display and content management. The site is based around a PHP framework that allows for easy implementation and dynamic updates by the users of the site, as well as file uploading and organization.

The IU Vector Production Facility was interested in updating their web presence and came to us for help. There were simple functionalty additions, that were incorporated into form submission, and an interest in fitting in to the Indiana University design scheme.

The Automated Function Prediction - Biosapiens site was developed for the special interest group meeting to be held at the ISMB/ECCBB 2007 conference in Vienna, Austria. The site utilizes the Drupal content management system. This allowed for the creation of a themed skin specifically for the AFP - B and the ease of use of creating content and managing information through a CMS.

The INDY Bioinformatics Conference is an annual event put on by the CCBB. The site was developed to handle all that was needed to collect and distribute information in regards to the conference.

The Bioinformatics Curriculum Collaboration is a consortium of volunteers from Indiana University, Stanford University, University of California San Diego, Carnegie Melon University, Princeton University and Harvard University to create an open collaboratively developed curriculum in bioinformatics. The site was developed to allow for an online collaboration amongst professionals.
