Postdoctoral Position: Please check http://www.iupui.edu/~shenlab/positions.html.
Postdoctoral Position: Center for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics Division of Biostatistics Department of Medicine One post-doctoral fellow position is available in Dr. Yunlong Liu’s laboratory in the Center for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, and the Division of Biostatistics in Department of Medicine. This project will focus on developing computational and statistical methodologies in understanding mechanisms of epigenetic regulation in cancer, by integrating high-throughput data from multiple domains, including histone modification and DNA methylation markers (ChIP-seq or MeDIP-seq data), array-derived gene/exon expression data, transcription factor binding data (ChIP-seq) data, and so on. Preference will be given to those who have strong background in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering. A strong background in molecular biology and genomics is preferred. The fellow will work within the Center for Computational Biology, and will have access to excellent facilities, colleagues, high performance computing and the collaborative environment of the Indiana University School of Medicine. Interested persons should send cover letter, curriculum vitae and the names of three references to:
