SPHARM-MAT

SPHARM-MAT is a matlab-based 3D shape modeling and analysis toolkit for neuroanatomical studies, and is designed to aid statistical shape analysis for identifying morphometric changes in brain structures related to neuropsychiatric disorders. The project is supported by NIBIB/NEI R03EB008674-01. We expect to release SPHARM-MAT at NITRC in the end of 2009.
